Terms and Procedure for Refund.
Refunds are given at the discretion of the author of the product and/or seller. If you would like to request a refund please contact us at [email protected] and include your PayPal transaction ID# [MAKE SURE TO PUT THIS IN], as well as a full description of your reason for requesting a refund. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Inevitably, there will be situations where after purchase it becomes clear that you cannot use the product(s) you have purchased, in which case you may request an immediate 100% refund if the product has not been downloaded.
All refunds will be paid back to the PayPal account that was used for payment on the original transaction(s).
Please note that PDFs are non-refundable once they have been downloaded and opened more than once unless a mistake has occurred on our end.
Conditions where Refund is Accepted:
In case of any issues regarding the PDFs purchased by you, we will accept refund if:
1. The product is damaged or partially missing.
2. You have not downloaded the product more than once after 3 days from purchase (in such cases, please note that refund will be partial or it will be decided on a case to case basis).
3. An incorrect link has been sent to you and within 24 hours you haven’t informed us about this mistake (in such cases, please note that refund can only be made if there is no download done already).
4. In case of a wrong file type being delivered to you without our error(such as zip instead of pdf files) (in such cases, full refund will be given).
5. Any other reason arrived at mutually between you and the seller.
conditions where Refund is Not Accepted:
In case of any issues regarding the PDFs purchased by you, we will not accept a refund if:
1. You have downloaded and opened your PDF(s) more that once. (Please note that all purchases are final after you download and open a product more than once. We can track this from your account.)
2. In case of any other error on our part, to be mutually determined by parties involved in the transaction as well as us.(such cases would be very rare)
Complete Refund Process involves 7 simple steps:
1st – Contact Us at [email protected], or contact us through the site’s “Contact Us” link with the following details a- Transaction ID# (you can find it under the “View Details” link of each payment b- Detailed description of your reason to request a refund.
2nd – We will process your request within 48 hours, and if all terms and conditions are satisfied, we may provide you with a refund in full or partial amount as per mutually agreed upon amount (in case of any other mutual settlement) If the cashback is approved by author/seller then funds will be transferred to purchaser’s PayPal account within 3 working days from approval.
3rd – On Approval of Refund, Seller will send confirmation mail containing transaction ID#, date & amount to [email protected]. After receiving this confirmation email please mark Payment Complete in your PayPal account.
4th – On a successful Refund request, please mark the payment as complete in your PayPal account. After this, we will transfer the amount back to your PayPal account within 48 hours (on business days).
5th – Once you receive payment confirmation from us, they can mark the refund the same as ‘Completed’. The buyer is responsible for checking if all pdf links are working properly before marking it “completed”. Any further requests after marked completion will be denied.
6th – If you have any queries regarding the refund process at any stage which you can contact us at [email protected]. We will take care of your query on a priority basis.
7th – All refunds/returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders beyond this timeframe.
