Delivery of the Product:
Once you have made an order through this website or email, an invoice will be sent to the PayPal registered email with a time limit for payment (generally 24 hours). If no payment is received within that time we reserve the right to take any actions necessary including but not limited to cancellation of your order without any notice. Your order will be canceled if it has not been confirmed by us once your payment is complete via PayPal. If you still need the ordered product after cancellation please contact us via email at [email protected] and request your product (s) again. Delivery time is generally 24 hours but it may vary for certain products.
Refunds:
In case of order cancellation, only the paid amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account. Since this product is delivered electronically and there are no shipping costs we do not issue refunds for any payment made unless we are unable to provide you with the purchased service/product. In such cases contact us via email/telephone so that we can offer you alternatives. We accept cancellations within 24 hours from your last order confirmation. Beyond that period, once we have received your payment and processed your order, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued even if the product ordered does not materialize or serves a different purpose than intended.
We provide a full refund within the first 48 hours of purchase only in case you feel that the product does not match your expectations or has any major discrepancies. In other words, if you wish to receive a full refund rather than wait for days trying to figure out the answer to tough questions using our products please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund immediately without waiting for 48 Hours as per terms and conditions on this page . However we reserve the right not issue any refunds beyond 48 hours of purchase of our services due to the nature of our business (i.e all answers are made available electronically) unless it was faulty in which case we will take care of it accordingly.
Fraud:
If the buyer uses a stolen credit card or signs up for an account with a false name, address, phone number, or email address. The seller reserves the right to file a claim against such buyers and have them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Seller may attempt to contact you via your PayPal Email if there are any modifications required in order to proceed. Please keep Seller informed about your PayPal Registered Email Id at all times, so that it can be updated by you at the earliest (if not already done). Once again we would like to reiterate our serious stance on this matter — We will not tolerate Fraudulent activities of any kind and hence reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice when something fishy is detected.
